What did We Learn:
We learned that the Developers plan to build 900 Houses per Year for the next four years, then move on to Banning and Calimesa.
The dream of bond debt paying all their mitigation fees is still dancing in their heads.
We learned that the Water District Plans to buy 25,000 acre feet per year of water from the State.
The lack of water in the North for sale and the price the Rate Payer will be charged is not even considered.
