Union Bank Records Scam – With Beaumont City Council Direction and Support: City Attorney John Pinkney Commits Fraud

he City of Beaumont made a big production of issuing a legislative subpoena to compel union bank to release their records.
The fantasy story was that Union Bank does not use computers, all of their documents are piled in boxes, and the bank allowed outsiders to go in and copy their documents.
Last night Beaumont City Attorney Pinkney handed Judy Bingham a drive that he stated contained the Union Bank documents.
Pinkney went into a long story about what he did to secure the documents.
All lies.

The documents on the drive are from the City, not Union Bank.
They are the same requisitions with the same missing requisitions as the City has on their websites.

Pinkney can not/refuses to release correspondence between Union Bank and the City, so it’s assumed that it’s all a lie.
We know that Pinkney is working for the Developers and Bond Peddlers , the question is:
Did Council give direction to Pinkney to defraud the Public, or is Pinkney conspiring behind Councils’ back?
By the excessive pandering to Pinkney and admonishing of Judy Bingham it appears that Council conspired with Pinkney to defraud the Public, aiding and abetting Felony Municipal Bond Fraud.
I already have all of the Requisitions released by the City on spreadsheets – it only took me a couple hours to verify that the City lied about releasing documents received from Union Bank.
The Public Records Request was for Union Bank’s Bond Fund Accounts and Union Bank’s copies of all Bond Documents that they are required to maintain for the life of the Bonds plus 5 years.
The State and Feds must step in to stop the City of Beaumont – they are the Charlie Manson Family of government agencies and they are proud of it.
