California Government Code 1097 Aiding and Abetting Government Corruption
18 U.S. Code Chapter 47 Section 1001 – Fraud and False Statements
On April 23, 2015 the City of Beaumont was raided by the FBI and Riverside District Attorney’s Office as a result of Beaumont’s Bond and Construction Scam.
Beaumont never had the financial resources to form a Joint Powers Authority or acquire bonds. The City forged their Financial Statements to illegally acquire bond money that were traded to Developers for Mitigation Fees.
The Law Firm of Slovak Baron Empey Murphy Pinkney continued Beaumont bond scam with reckless disregard to State and Federal Laws.
On July 21, 2015 Lena D. Wade, representing the Law Firm of Slovak Baron Empey Murphy Pinkney purposely deceived the Pubic and City Council regarding the bond by miss-stating Court Cases to suggest that if the City didn’t agree to violate State and Federal Bond Laws and uphold the City’s illegal Contract with Pardee Homes that ‘the developer could sue’.
It’s not legal for a government agency to Forge financial statements to acquire bond debt and the City of Beaumont doesn’t qualify to be a California Joint Powers Authority or for federal municipal bond debt without forging their financial statements.
We can call it ‘Failing to Act Competently’, but it was Fraud, an intentional lie.
