Beaumont City Attorney Pinkney who appeared from nowhere and was gifted the position of City Attorney without a Bid Contract as required by California State Law will give a presentation on ethics.
The Law Firm that defrauded Council into voting to reimburse Pardee Homes for all of their Mitigation Fees is going to give an ethics seminar.
There is no budget for a City Clerk or Finance Department. There is no budget for Roads or Fire Stations, but there’s all the money in the world for lawyers and consultants to create busy work.
