In March 2019 alone Beaumont Citizens Paid $30,000 to Sue for & $70,00 to Defend the Pillaging of $400 Million.
History of ULC:
Urban Logic Consultants’ original Principals were Dave Dillon, Ernie Egger, and Deepak Moorjani. Dillon was Beaumont’s Economic Development Director, Egger was the Planning Director, and Moorjani was the Public Works Director.
With ‘Council’s Approval’ Dillon, Egger, and Moorjani gifted all of the City’s Contracts to ULC, their own company. $400 Million was misused/embezzled out of the City of Beaumont between 1994 and 2015.
In 2010 ULC sued Beaumont Citizens for Responsible Growth for $3 Million to try to force BCRG to take down its website, ‘Beaumontgate’, that was documenting the City Staff and Council’s illegal activity. BCRG won the case because in the U.S.A. it is our 1st Amendment Right to free speech and to report the activity of our government agencies.
Dillon, Egger, and Moorjani have been in hiding since 2010. ULC Employees Rebecca Deming and Kyle Warsinski were gifted Egger’s and Dillon’s job titles by the Beaumont City Council. At one point former City Councilman Brenda Knight stated that Warsinski was the Public Works Director.
Dillon and Eggers had been trying to sell ULC and slither away, but only a fool would buy a shell company that was illegally pillaging Taxpayers’ money. Six months before the raids that fool finally came along in the form of Kiernan McKiernan.
Kiernan McKiernan was promised that Millions in Beaumont City Contracts would be gifted to him of only he hold this flaming bag of poop called ‘Urban Logic Consultants’. I tried to tell McKiernan that he was being used by the Beaumont’s Staff & Council, but McKiernan had dollar signs in his eyes and refused to believe that cheating people would cheat him.
As soon as Albert A. Webb and Associates was in place as the new shell company to forge documents and pillage Taxpayers’ money was in place the City no longer needed McKiernan and tossed him to the curb.
Case #1. McKiernan is suing the City of Beaumont for ‘breach of an illegal contract’, which is a waste of time. There is no recourse under the law for an illegal activity. McKiernan made a dirty deal with the City; there was no legal public-bid contract created, so McKiernan has no case.
Case #2. Beaumont is suing McKiernan along with Dillon, Egger, & Moorjani. The City has no case as the City Councilmen hired the crooks, directed the crooks, and approved every illegal activity.
Case #3. Western Riverside Council of Governments suing McKiernan along with Dillon, Egger, & Moorjani. Any money collected with go to County, not City. WRCOG has no case against McKiernan – WRCOG’s involvement with ULC was from 2005 to 2010. McKiernan didn’t become involved until 2014.
Case #4. McKiernan is suing Dillon, Egger, & Moorjani. Should just be thrown out. McKiernan had to have known he was buying into an illegal operation. ULC had no office. The ULC ‘phone number’ was the City’s sewer plant cell phone. My question to McKiernan was “ULC is a shell company, so what did you ‘buy’?”
