The City of Beaumont desires to undertake the preparation of:
1) a Full Cost Allocation Plan and a Federal OMB A-87 Cost Allocation Plan,
2) a comprehensive review and evaluation of citywide user fees,
3) and a comprehensive review and evaluation of development impact fees.
To that end, the City is seeking to engage the services of a qualified professional firm experienced in cost recovery to prepare all three reports.
