The Press Enteprise has acquire the Grand Jury Indictment of Mark Orozco: http://www.pe.com/2017/05/23/d…
” An indictment filed by the District Attorney’s Office on May 11 accuses Orozco, 40, of nine felony counts of perjury for falsely and repeatedly listing a loan on the campaign finance disclosures forms he filed for the 2014 supervisorial race.”
The Indictment is for one count of Bribery and the rest of the Counts are claims that he lied on his political forms when he ran for County Supervisor in 2013.
The ‘Witness List’ included Jeff Chamber and Mike Taylor from Pardee Homes.
We know that it was Pardee Homes that set up the Bribery Charge, but why would Pardee Homes know anything about Orozco’s paperwork?
