Councilman Nancy Carroll Fumbles to Cover Up Her Lies While Mayor Lloyd White Smurks and Nods his Head in Agreement. That’s Your Government
A easy way to measure the level of corruption in a government agency is by the way the Elected and Appointed Officials spit on facts and honest people.
At the November 28, 2017, Beaumont Audit and Finance Committee a Draft of the 2016 Audit was presented to the Board that is a jumbled mess.
Judy Bingham was the only Citizen of Beaumont was in attendance, as usual. Mrs. Bingham took her time and money to print out for each Board Member a list of the major errors, omissions, and fraudulent entries on the 2016 Audit.
When Committee Chair asked where the document originated Beaumont Councilman Nancy Carroll told Morgan: “That’s from Fibby.”
We already knew that Nancy Carroll referred to me as ‘Fibby’, we were notified a long time ago ad have been repeated notified multiple times since. But then when confronted by Judy Bingham; Nancy Carroll lies.
Why lie Nancy Carroll? You were caught on tape along with Lloyd White smirking and nodding his head in agreement.
After the FBI Raids in April, 2015, there was hope that Beaumont would stop their illegal activity and clean up the City, but it’s been made perfectly clear that Beaumont’s City Council still think they can get away with forging government documents and embezzle money out of the City by demonizing the people that have done nothing but tell the truth about Beaumont’s corruption.

For reference; Beaumont Mayor Lloyd White’s response to his criminal activity is: “Libi is an amateur auditor that doesn’t live in California”.
For the Record: I am a Citizen of California, which is the only requirement needed to submit Public Records’ Requests, to monitor any and all Government Agencies in Cali, and to file Complaints with State and Federal Authorities.
Demonizing me and Judy Bingham only shows that Beaumont Elected and Appointed Officials are continuing the corruption or we wouldn’t be their ‘enemy’.
