Melana Taylor CPA Forged $12 Million Special Tax General Ledger Entry

Either the $12 was x’d out to Forge the Amount or to Steal all of the Money. There is No Alternative World.

The whole point of Accounting is to account for the money.

Attached are copies of the City of Beaumont May, 2016 General Ledger and Bank Statement.

The $12 Million in Mello Roos Property Taxes Received in May, 2016 have been x’d out on the General Ledger.
The amount collected in Mello Roos Special Taxes are electronically transmitted from the Riverside County Tax Assessor’s Office and listed on the May Bank Statement; $12,836,714.49.
Now why would anyone bother to x out the number on the general ledger when the amount can clearly been seen on the bank statement…??
Is it because the amount entered on the general ledger is a forged number?
Or is it that the finance director actually entered x’s instead of the numbers and stole the $12 million herself…?
And how is it that the city treasure never noticed a $12 million entry missing for the month of may?
I know the answer to that one – it’s because the city treasurer never did her job .
Judy bingham will be at the city hall this morning and she and the new city manager will stand there as Melana Taylor reprints the general ledger page.
If the xx’s are actually entered on the general ledger it means that melana taylor, CPA, forged a $12 Million entry.
… by council’s direction and with council’s approval, of course…

UPDATE:

I have received an email from Melana Taylor showing the amounts.

It was all an ‘innocent mistake’. Melana Taylor didn’t steal $12 Million – she only stole $1.4 Million.

The Cash recorded was $12 Million, but the amount recorded in the CFD Account was $11,420,000 , the actual amount of the Bonds’ September Interest and Premium payments.

Does it make it legal if you only steal part of the money?

Nooooo that doesn’t make it legal.
