The four (4) candidates for the Planning Commission are Jason Rearick, Richard Bennecke, Bill Cooper, and Valerie Jean Hernandez.
Jason Rearick was already rejected for fear of being an honest person. Now the City has three proven pawns; Richard Bennecke, who’s resume could have been written by Kapanicas himself; Valerie Hernandez, who was a pawn on the Fire Station Distraction Committee; and Bill Cooperthe educator that never noticed the warped relationship between the city and school district.
The Appointment to Planning Commission was revised, but I never looked at the first one. The Planning Commission, like the Planning Department, is controlled by Urban Logic.
The ‘revision’ is an email sent to Gibbs-Urtiaga from Rebecca Deming regarding Jason Rearick:
“Elizabeth, Attached are the proof of two call made from my desk. I made at least one call previous to these that was older than the history lets me go. I did leave him messages.” Rebecca Deming
And we know that we can trust Rebecca Deming because she’s an Urban Logic Employee that was trained by Ernie Eggers.
