Kapanicas did not have to show up to plead his case; he was represented by Bob Deis, who flew in from San Francisco and spoke very slowly since he lives off the taxpayers’ dime.
Let’s Review:
Urban Futures, who has a past business association with Kapanicas, contracted Bob Deis to give a presentation to Council as to why it’s such a good deal to pay Kapanicas whatever he wants and never hold anyone accountable.
