When the City of Beaumont released the Agenda listing Item 7.a.14 Approval of 2013 GAAP Audit Judy requested a copy of the Audit and Internal Controls Report before the Council Meeting, but the City refused to release the documents.
The Beaumont City Council approved the 2013 GAAP Audit on Tuesday night, but as of Friday the 18th the City still has refused to release the Audit and Internal Controls Report.
If the City has nothing to hide, why are they always hiding??
If the City doesn’t release the Audit and Internal Controls Report by Monday I’ll contact the offices of Moss Levy Hartzheim and the Board of Accountancy.
If there were ‘only a few minor changes’ then why doesn’t the City release the documents that they have no legal right to withhold.
