On March 8, 2016 the Headhunter Agency hired to find a City Manager for Beaumont met with Citizens to get input.
The ‘Citizens’ consisted of Judy Bingham and Dr. Ball.
The Agency stated that they expect the process of finding a City Manager to take about four (4) months. The Agency hopes to find seven (7) qualified Applicants.
Judy Bingham asked if the Applicants would take a polygraph test.
Avery and Associates is contacted to be paid a 18,900.00 Fee for recruitment, with a not to exceed $7000.00 for out of pocket expenses associated with the search.
