Time for White to Man-Up and State where he got the theory that the Citizen is NEVER allowed to Speak more than Three Minutes
On December 19, 2017 the Beaumont City Council held a FIVE HOUR Council Meeting.
There were many important items on the Agenda; but the first 90 minutes was a film presentation by the Beaumont Police Department to show how much time and money the Police Department has to waste.
There is no Fire Department or Finance Department and the City’s Pension Debt is $12 Million, but the Police Department is so flush they’re sitting around making videos, just like the old days.

Of the five-hour Council Meeting; Judy Bingham requested to speak one time, but what Mrs. Bingham had to say was 30 seconds over the time allotted by then Mayor Lloyd White. The crime of a Citizen to speaking longer than three minutes is so heinous to Lloyd White than he Recessed the Council Meeting:
Where did Lloyd White ever get the ideal in his head that he was ‘required’ to shut down a Council Meeting if a Citizen spoke longer than three minutes?
Lloyd White prides himself in ‘trusting his staff’ instead of thinking for himself. White has proven that he knows nothing about parliamentary procedure or White would know that when he has a Conflict of Interest he has the same rights as a Citizens, but White walks out the Council Meeting because that’s what City Attorney John Pinkney told him to do.
A Public Records’ Request submitted to the City of Beaumont was returned with the Brown Act and Pinkney’s scam of creating City Ordinances with regurgitated State Laws in order to run up massive bills and pillage hundreds of thousands from the Beaumont Citizens.
The Brown Act was created to control the Government, NOT the Citizens. The Brown Act does not limit the Citizens right to speak to three minutes. There WAS a limit of three minutes, but it was removed because corrupt government agencies were using it to limit the Citizens’ Right to Speak.
Violations of California Brown Act and the Public Records’ Act are the Citizens two big red flags that their government is corrupt.
Lloyd White can put in writing where he got the mentality that Fraud, Embezzlement,and Forging of Government is acceptable, but public input is ‘the criminal’ or he can state on the record at the next Council Meeting.
We all know that it was Pinkney that has ‘trained’ the new Council to be just as corrupt as the old Council. So why doesn’t Pinkney want White to state the fact on the record?
It’s time to man-up.
