Beaumont General Ledger Shows Urban Logic Receiving TUMF and Wastewater Fees In June 2013
Attached is a copy of the Beaumont General Ledger listed under Fund 35 – Mitigation Fees on 06/30/2013 to Urban Logic Consultants
Transaction 238028 for $23,330 with the memo: ”Recycled Water Facility Fee”.
Transaction 238034 for $260.00 with the memo: ”TUMF (CFD)”.
Not only was the City still collecting TUMF Fees four years after WRCOG threw them out of the Program, but alll fees collected when straight into Urban Logic’s pocket.
And those extra fees charged to new home owners to pay ’their fair share’ of the recycled water facility also went straight into Urban Logic’s pocket.
