GRID Presentation: Free Sewer Line Hookup for Poor Families on Septic Tanks
- City included only very poor because they only want to get a Grant, not any Loans.

- Wysocki makes no connection between sewer connections and the River Watch Report that focuses on inadequate sewer lines screaming ‘Out of Order’
- Not one Person realized that it would be ridiculous to hook anyone up to a Sewer Plant that violates State and Federal Laws.
California River Watch Report
- Wysocki claims it took 6 days to receive mail from Santa Rosa to hide the fact that the City received the letter before the December 16th Council Meeting.
- ‘Sorting Mail is Hard’
- Mayor was only Council Member to receive Government Document addressed to Council because the Document was addressed to ‘Mayor and Council’ – Which is a Lie
- Mayor Knight stated she received a copy of the Report, but can’t remember when.
- Mayor Knight and also considers polluting ground water and multimillion dollar lawsuits not important enough to mention
- Wysocki claims that ‘Pending Litigation doesn’t have to be Individually listed on Agenda
- Wysocki ‘planned’ to tell Council in a Special Session on January 20th.
- Wysocki dismisses another multimillion dollar lawsuit describing fraud by City Staff and Urban Logic as ‘generic’, ‘vague’, ‘ambiguous’
- Wysocki does not consider it the Council’s ‘right’ to ask about City Business.
- Not one member of Staff of Council acknowledged that once again Urban Logic’s incompetence has created another multimillion dollar lawsuit.
- Once again Beaumont’s corrupt Staff was able to shut up a Councilman while the other four Councilmen allowed it to happen.
1st Annual Year-End Mayor’s Report:
- 30 Minutes can be Wasted on Self-Promotion, but 5 Minutes can’t be spent in Closed Session.
- Brenda Knight does not know the duties of a Mayor and is too focused on national and world affairs to concern herself with local government.
Nuisance Abatement: Jack and Jean Walsh
- Judy Bingham isn’t the only property and business owner that’s been tormented by the City and Urban Logic for the past decade.
- Not one Councilman comprehended that Government does NOT have the right to Unlawful Search and Seizures.
- Not one Councilman could comprehend that the reason there’s no small business in Beaumont is because their corrupt government has destroyed small business.
- Orozco and Victor cry crocodile tears for minorities in the same neighborhood, but had no concern for the white guy that lived there.
- Roger Berg has been abusing his office to torment the Walsh family for over a decade.
- Appointment of Planning Commissioners:
- Council obviously already made their ‘plans’ and didn’t need discussion
Appointment of City Clerk
- Not one person in town bothered to google the functions of the City Clerk
- Orozco teaches ‘government’, but doesn’t know the difference between the Brown Act and the Public Records Act
- Beaumont City Manager and Attorney have been responsible for the City for 20 years, but they’re just looking into how local governments function.
Council Re-Organization
- Obviously pre-planned for Fox and Lara to push the reorganization down the road giving their corrupt City Staff another two weeks to play Brenda Knight for the fool that she is.
Lighting:
- Councilman White has yet to get the memo that ‘they stole the copper wire’ is code for ‘Beaumont Electric used cheap product that was not up to code and the lights don’t work’.
HONORABLE NO MENTIONS:
FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FYE 2013:
Council rambled on about fixing roads and ‘decision packets’, but never mentioned the fact that they have no 2014 Audit for which to base their ‘decision packets’.
Not one Member of Council asked about last years’ Audit that should have been completed by the end of the year – especially since Brenda Knight claimed the Auditors were in the City in November.
STATE WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD TITLE 22 COMPLIANCE:
The State imposed a December 31st Deadline that both Staff and Council considered so irrelevant that the issue was never brought up in any Council Meeting.
POLICE ASSOCIATION DEMAND TO FIRE COE AND FAGAN
Beaumont is so corrupt even the Police have to fight for their own Civil Rights. It’s been six months since the Police Association stood before Council demanding the Firing of Chief of Police Coe and Lieutenant Fagan. Council’s response has been to praise Coe and ignore the line workers.
FIRING OF CITY MANAGER AND CITY ATTORNEY
The results of 20 years of Kapanicas and the Law Firm of Aklufi/Wysocki’s control over Beaumont is a city in ruins.
Hundreds of Millions in Debt, Hundreds of Millions in Lawsuits and Hundreds of Millions needed to build the Infrastructure ‘later rather than sooner’.
If River Watch hadn’t contacted me in September no one would have known the Report was forthcoming. No one knows what else the City is hiding from Council and the Public.
