Council Fixates on 5th Grade Antics and Ignores SEC Investigation.
Council denied the Beaumont-Cherry Valley Parks and Recreation claim to be reimbursed for the Mitigation Fees collected by the City and pocketed by the City.
Victor Dominguez and Mark Orozco have apparently had a fallen out. With everything going on; who cares about the ‘State of the City’ luncheon.
Council has not yet been presented the Budget that’s on the Agenda, nor have they asked because ‘they trust their staff’.
It appears that Urban Logic Consultants has been thrown under the bus. Fun Fact; Urban Logic hasn’t received money since February.
But Council need not act like they don’t know where the money went – they’re the ones that are passing it out.
For example; they paid Urban Futures $200,000 to report on his colleagues’ activities.
Council wants to pretend that they were not a part of federal bond fraud, but that’s not true. This Council approved $800,000 to be paid to urban logic and the money was paid out of the bond fund accounts under the old scam ‘potrero’ …
