City Manager 3rd Warne claims that he’s never seen the forged Sewer Accounts – that Judy handed him and the City Attorney and every member of Council.
And let’s be clear; the Finance Director 4th or 5th, I lost count, is a Bimbo with a capital B. Praise from Warne, Knight, and Condon sounds just like the phony praise we used to hear about Bill Aylward.
The City wants to spend another $70,000 to ‘physically verify what was built’?
The Developers submit Plans to the City and are required to follow the Plans. The City is required by State Law to verify all Contractors and payrolls.
Ask your Planning Director what was actually built. Rebecca Deming was a former Urban Logic Employee that was gifted the title of Planning Director when Ernie Eggers Went into hiding.
Ask your Building Inspectors what was actually built; they are the employees that are paid to ensure that Plans are followed and everything is up to code.
Ask your Planning Commission what was built; surely they are doing their due diligence in assuring the taxpayer’s dollars is not wasted, right?
We’ve repeatedly asked for documentation regarding construction and we’re told that the City does not keep documents as required by State Laws.
Everyone knows what happened to the Mello Roos Bond Fund money once it was transferred to the City; the money was paid thru the Check Warrants to pay lawyers, consultants, and to have parties. As Council directed, with Council’s Approval.
$13 Million spent on the Bridge to Nowhere
$500,000/month was paid to Urban Logic Consultants – that’s $6 Million/year
$25,000/month was paid to Aklufi/Wysocki
And yes boys and girls; not one member of City Staff or Council is aware that the City’s worthless insurance policy from ERMAC expired on July 1st.
