$2,682,463 Contract to AECOM was a $172,870 Contract Awarded to Utility Partners On August 19, 2014

This Agenda Item is a $2,682,463 contract for AECOM to submit a ‘Milestone Report’. The Agenda states that the contract was awarded to AECOM at the August 19, 2014 Council Meeting, but Agenda Item 7.a.10 states that Utility Partners was awarded the contract and AECOM didn’t even apply: http://www.ci.beaumont.ca.us/DocumentCenter/View/19106

The City states they expect to receive $610,410 from PG&E’s California Solar Incentive Program, but the PG&E website states there is limited funding and all applications are being put on a wait list with no guarantee of acceptance.

In the last year the City has paid AECOM a total of $214,764.28.
