The 10 06 2015 Minutes Need to be Correct and Sent Back to Council for Approval. Somebody in the City Needs to Learn State Law.
Attached is the October 06 2015 Agenda and Minutes .. On the Agenda Item 8.n. is Webb and Ass’ Contract for CFD Admin Services.
The Minutes do not list 8.n. Agenda Item 8.n. has been removed.

Who knows and who cares at this point. The City just needs to fix it.
California State Law requires the City to maintain a copy of the Minutes forever, which means that they have to be produced and recorded.
The 10 06 2015 Minutes need to include Item 8.n. and it has to be sent back to Council for Approval . Council Approved the original October 6, 2015 Minutes on November 17, 2015.
Somebody in that City needs to learn State Law – and we know it’s not going to be Pinkney .
