A Public Records Request was submitted to the City of Beaumont for the Certified Payroll Records for all the Contractors involved in the City’s Sewer Plant. This would include Urban Logic Consultants, Utility Partners, Diversified Drilling, Wildermuth, and Wildan.
The City claims to not have the Certified Payroll Records for any companies except Urban Logic and what was released by Urban Logic didn’t match the Invoice submitted to the City.
The Payroll Records of Urban Logic contained three (3) Employees; Alfredo Ignacio, Sheldon Vess, and Joseph Janda.
However; the Invoices submitted to the City from Urban Logic list four (4) other Employees; Hisam Baqai, Zuzanna Rand, Kishen Prathividi, and Kieran McKiernan
No Match
I have no idea why Urban Logic released the payroll records showing the fraudulent pay of the three employees – http://patch.com/california/banning-beaumont/urban-logic-payroll-0
But they will still have to produce the payroll records of Staff Members for which Urban Logic is charging the City.
Hisam Baqai stood before Council and claimed that he worked for the City, not Urban Logic. But at the Sewer Plant tour both Baqai and Prathividi stated to Councilman Lara that they were Urban Logic Employees.
PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST:
The Certified Payroll Records of all Employees from Urban Logic, Utility Partners, Diversified Drilling, Wildermuth, and Wildan. They’ll just have to do it over and over until they get it right.
To ‘help’ the City I will send the Public Records Request directly to the Companies since complying with State Law isn’t the City’s strong point.
