2.2 ANNEXATION FEES
“The City of Beaumont is the Applicant for the proposed annexation.
3.2 FIRE PROTECTION
‘..the City of Beaumont will provide fire protection services through its contract with the Riverside County Fire Department.”

3.6 STREETS/COMMUNITY SERVICES

Annexation of the Project is estimated to increase the budget by approximately $150,000 due to the addition of approximately 2.9 additional lane miles of roads (Cherry Valley Blvd, and Brookside Avenue), street lights, and storm drain facilities. “
3.9 STORMWATER DRAINAGE
