Tax Records Show that Baldi Brothers Construction Pays Bill Aylward’s Property Taxes
Former Beaumont Finance Director William Aylward owns several pieces of land in Beaumont acquired by hook and crook.
Aylward’s 700 Forms lists his many acquisitions including two pieces of undeveloped property behind Baldi Brothers Construction; APN #’s 41760012-2 and 41760010-0.
It appears that Baldi Brothers uses the above properties to store equipment.
Riverside County Property Tax Portal shows that the property taxes for Aylward’s two properties sent directly to Baldi Brothers Construction at 201 California, not to Aylward’s home in Cherry Valley.
Traditionally; when property is rented the property taxes are still sent to and paid by the owner of the property, not the renter.
But Beaumont is ‘special’.
Apparently Baldi Brothers and Bill Aylward have a very long and ‘special’ relationship that has evolved in Aylward’s property taxes being sent directly to Baldi Brothers.
Baldi Brothers’ employee Sean Balingit has been nominated by Councilman Brenda Knight to replace Jeff Fox on the Beaumont City Council.
Balingit neglected to mention that his Employer’s close personal relationship with Aylward; the person completely responsible for forging the City’s Financial Documents allowing for the mismanagement and embezzlement of $400 Million.
