On October 15, 2015 the City of Beaumont posted a job opening for a Public Works Director/Engineer on the City’s website: http://www.ci.beaumont.ca.us/jobs.aspx. Application submission will close on October 28, 2015.
A Public Records Request revealed that the City did not advertise the job anywhere else: http://publicdocs.beaumontcares.com/weblink8/0/doc/111261/Electronic.aspx
A job of this caliber should have been advertised on :the cali water environment association website: http://cwea.org
