The two councilmen assigned to the imitation committee lost the election. The City closed their books on June 30, 2014. All Council needs to changing auditing firms instead of the using Moss Levy Hartzhiem. ‘Real’ Audited Financial Statements will contain the GAAP Audit, an Internal Controls Report, and a Managers’ Report.
