No Resignation Notices from Dillion, Eggers, or Moorjani

A Public Records Request was submitted for copies of the Resignations from Alan Kapanias, William Aylward, James Gregg, Frank Coe, Dave Dillion, Ernie Eggers, and Deepak Moorjani.

The City claims to only have two Resignations; one from former Chief of Police Frank Coe and one from former Finance Director William Aylward.

Apparently Beaumont Finance Director for 21 years Bill Aylward simply decided one day to walk out with no notice.

Urban Logic stated on April 21st that Deepak Moorjani was still the City’s Public Works Director and Kyle Warsinski stated that he received Moorjani’s resignation on March 31st, but no resignation notice from Moorjani was released by the City.

Council did not fire any of the people that caused the current financial situation, they allowed every crook to slither away without holding them accountable. Council voted unanimously to continue to pay Urban Logic, continues to pay Kapanicas, and hired consultants and lawyers that were associated with the original crooks.

Councilman White states that he would like answers from contractors as to why there is no recycled water. Councilman White neglects to request answers from the City Staff that was responsible for 20 years; Dillon, Moorjani, Eggers, Aylward, Kapanicas, and Wysocki.

Dillon, Eggers, and Moorjani have been in hiding since 2010, but have continued to control the City. Moorjani has been the Public Works Director for 22 years; let him stand before Council and explain Black Bear Valve. Bring in Dillon and Eggers to explain why there are no fire stations.

Bill Aylward applied for the State Resale license and illegally use it to purchase supplies for Beaumont Electric and the City. His girlfriend, Shelby Hanvey, is still a City Employee and attends every Council Meeting. It should be no problem for him to ride in with Shelby and explain why his books are cooked.
