Recording Payroll on the General Ledger is a Basic Procedure Unless there is No Finance Department
Attached is a copy of the City of Beaumont General Ledger for December, 2015. The City did not record Payroll in the months of November or December, 2015.
There’s no Finance Department. The City of Beaumont’s only focus is acquiring bonds.
It’s been Nine (9) Months since Aylward slithered out the door. Council put all of their faith into Kapanicas’ good friends and business partners Urban Futures.
Last night Urban Futures gave their third report to Council. Lot’s of talk about what they’re going to do, but they have yet to accomplish anything but bring in Bob Deis to lobby for Kapanicas’ payout.
