After a five hour Closed Session Beaumont City Council emerged with the announcement of ‘No Action Taken’.
Item d: Evaluation of City Manager will be brought back on the May 5, 2015 Closed Session Agenda.
Councilman Lloyd White Motioned to add the Termination of Urban Logic’s Contract to the May 5th agenda, but he received no 2nd from Orozco or Lara.
For the first time in recorded history the Beaumont City Attorney Pinkney read each individual Closed Session Item and announced if there was action taken.
