In Yet Another Attempt to Avoid their Present Financial and Social Situation the City of Beaumont Creates Another Diversion

Beaumont INFO*ARTICLES are short information stories and editorials about events, programs, departments, and services available in Beaumont. Over the next several months, we’ll present a series of monthly articles reflecting on our community’s progress since the early 1990s.

Back then, plaid grunge outfits were the rage, Bill Clinton was president and “Sleepless in Seattle” and “Jurassic Park” kept us spellbound at the movies! Only about 10,000 people lived in Beaumont, compared to about 40,000 today!

The upcoming articles will focus on the growth of everything from housing and roads to parks and businesses. You can check out the series on the links to the left and in the monthly magazine, Beaumont Now! published by the Beaumont Chamber of Commerce.

You can find our articles in the Chamber of Commerce’s monthly magazine Beaumont NOW along with local business news and announcements! Magazines are FREE and available at the Chamber of Commerce, City Offices, and local businesses.
The online version of Beaumont Now! is available online at www.beaumontcachamber.com
