White Takes ALL Credit for State and Federal Investigations and Claims there was No Money Embezzled; it’s All Fake News
In a Letter to the Editor of the Record Gazette Councilman Lloyd White take full credit for all State and Federal Investigations while proclaiming that the Audits and Complaints filed by the Citizens are ‘Fake News’: http://www.recordgazette.net/o…
Let’s first count how many times Lloyd White takes credit.
“However, they weren’t making any progress with the authorities until voters elected new council members.”
First of all; without my Audits; there would be no new City Councilmen. White forgets that he and Orozco rode in on the wave of voting out the old Councilmen; a wave that was created by two years of Audits published in the Patch and on beaumontgate.org.
But more importantly; Lloyd White was elected to the City Council in November, 2014. Judy Bingham filed the Complaint with WRCOG in 2009. The Judgement was Issued in the Spring of 2015. Lloyd White and the Council’s ‘contribution’ was to File an Appeal which costs the Citizens of Beaumont millions more in legal fees.
Both Lloyd White and Nancy Carroll have attempted to take credit for the State Controllers’ Investigative Report Issued on November 3, 2015, but the Report was created directly from the binder and meeting that I had with the State Controller’s Office. White and Carroll didn’t file complaints or send the State Controllers’ Office audits for two years to prove the City was corrupt enough – that was me.
I filed the Complaint with the S.E.C. in March, 2013. The City was Issued an S.E.C. Cease and Desist Order at my request because Lloyd White and the Beaumont City Council had ‘Approved’ using the remaining CFD Money to pay Lawyers and Consultants. All the Beaumont City Council has done is waste the Taxpayers’ money on a $900/hour Lawyers to ‘Fight the SEC’.
“Beaumont narrowly averted bankruptcy by reaching a settlement with WRCOG”
1. Debt to government agencies can’t be included in a bankruptcy. The only debt Beaumont can throw into a bankruptcy is the Pension Debt and private sector lawsuits.
2. The City never ‘settled’. The City lost the Case, lost the Appeal, then wasted another six months of Taxpayers Money paying Lawyers and Consultants.
And how many people were fired for Embezzling the WRCOG money?
How many Lawyers were fired for dragging out a case when the City had no chance of winning?
Zero. None. Nobody at all.
