Lloyd White Recesses the Council Meeting to Shut Up the Citizen that Turned in the TUMF Scam to the WRCOG.
The Beaumont City Council Meeting started seven minutes late because kings and gods don’t adhere to schedules.
Then Council reads statements regarding the Plead Deals of Aylward, Kapanicas, Dillon, and Egger. The Councilmen even have the nerve to make statements proclaiming to ‘want to hear from the Citizens’. Beaumont’s new Councilman Santos states that he read about it in the paper – before that he knew nothing was wrong in the City.
Does any Councilman mention that it was Judy Bingham that reported the fraudulent TUMF Reports the City of Beaumont was submitting to the Western Riverside Council of Governments in the first place?
Nooooo.
TO THIS DAY not one Elected or Appointed Official has thanked Judy Bingham for her decade-long fight against government corruption.
Not only did Council not acknowledge or thank Judy Bingham; Mayor Lloyd White has the never to Recess the Council Meeting because Judy Bingham was over her allotted three minutes in Public Speaking.
Lloyd White wants to have a cup of coffee with you to buy your vote, but he will not allow any Citizen of Beaumont to speak more than the minimum three minutes the State of California mandates.
Now Nancy Carroll is the Mayor of Beaumont. Not because the Citizens chose the Mayor, but because the Council decides among themselves.
