Beaumont Planning Commission Attempts Hidden Canyon Warehouse Zoning and More Houses on June 14, 2016
The Beaumont Planning Commission will meet on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at 6:00pm.

Agenda Item d. Hidden Canyon Industrial Park located at the Western Terminus of Forth Street, South of State Hwy. 60, East of Jack Rabbit Trail – Also known as ‘Area 21’.
Area 21 was zoned Housing and a ‘Notice of Special Tax Lien’ was filed on December 6, 2006 by former Beaumont City Manager Alan Kapanicas.
The Beaumont housing market is flooded, so now the City is selling Warehouse Development.
But never fear; the ‘No-way-Gateway’ organization is 10,000 strong and will be organized and appear before the Planning Commission with their Lawyer to challenge the Warehouse.
