City Uses Kyle To As Pawn

November 18 Beaumont City Council Meeting Agenda 6.a.17 gifts the City’s Public Works Director, Deepak Moorjani, a $10,000/month Consulting Contract. Moorjani is also a Principal in Urban Logic Consultants, so he already double-dips.
The Public pointed out that they are gifting a contract to Moorjani, who is the Public Works Director.
Both City Staff and Council flippantly dismissed the Citizens and proclaimed that Kyle Warsinski was granted the title of ‘Public Works Director’ in a past council meeting.
Agenda Item 6.a.15 contains the City’s application. Deepak Moorjani is listed as ‘Director of Public Works’ on pages 6, 15, and 20.
