City Gifts Another Engineering Consulting Contract

Beaumont December 16, 2014 Council Meeting Agenda Item 3.i is an Engineering Consulting Contract for Urban Logic Employee Hisam Baqai.

“H.B.” is also listed on Urban Logic Invoices.
On November 18th the City of Beaumont attempted to gift the engineering contract to ‘Orb Services’, which was nothing more than Urban Logic Principal Deepak Moorjani.
The State is forcing the City to hire another Engineer, but the City can’t hire another Engineer because anyone from the outside will instantly realize that it’s all a massive fraud.
