The Beaumont City Council will ‘Receive and File’ the 2016/2017 Budget.
On May 17, 2016 Beaumont City Council hired Richard Warner to be the City Manager.
On Tuesday, June 7, 2016 the Beaumont City Council was presented the 2016/2017 Budget by Richard Warne, who was hired as City Manager three weeks earlier.
But let’s not forget that Council threw $50,000 to Bob Deis, so that means everything is wonderful.
There’s no Finance Department and no City Clerk Department, but Beaumont don’t need no stink’n regulations, qualified staff, or checks and balances.
