Kyle here is my information for your use. I need the current LIP, I have the Riverside Damp from 2014, and I need a copy for the current LID standards for the City. Per our discussion I will use the 700 and 1000 as a price point for the inspections, all 6 items.

Elroy,

I have attached the information I could easily find related to the items you requested. The Cities current consultant that handles this will give me the rest on Thursday, and I will forward them as soon as I can. Let me know if what I sent helps though.

Thanks,

Kyle, is Beaumont’s Municipal code on line? If it is I can probably get a lot of what I need directly. I am going to need to have the entire LIP. The document you included is only 10 pages of the document. It will be interesting to see what it requires you to do.

Here is a link to the Municipal Code: http://www.ci.beaumont.ca.us/index.aspx?NID=851

I will send the rest of the LIP when I receive it.

Kyle how is the LIP an enforceable part of your Ordinances. It is not mentioned in the Municipal Code so how does it get applied to a Private development project.

Dee,

Could you give me an answer to this questions?  How does the City enforce or require a developer to comply with the NPDES Local Implementation Plan?
