ASM Beaumont Investors: Another Dummy Corporation – The ‘Investors’ that are Attempting to Annex Land Into Beaumont

ASM Beaumont Investors LLC lists their address in Newport Beach, so I went to their office.

There is no office for ASM Beaumont Investors.

ASM Beaumont Investors is a dummy corporation set up under Armour Properties. Instead of operating under Armour Properties they set up an LLC to remove themselves from any damages or lawsuits that may arise from their ‘activities’.

I spoke to a representative that stated that ASM Beaumont was going to develop in Beaumont, but knew nothing about the FBI raid or the City of Beaumont’s financial position.

I big factor in the pillaging of Beaumont is that Staff and Council made deals with dummy corporations. Once the corporations made their money they simply dissolved/disappeared and left the Citizens liable.

Kapanicas doesn’t care who he makes a deal with as long as he gets a penny in his pocket. The longer Beaumont City Council leaves Kapanicas in office the more liability the City will incur.

Urban Logic and City Manager Alan Kapanicas have damaged our quality of life by failing to uphold high development standards, depleting local resources, making local government less accessible to residents, and by destroying the small town feel of the City of Beaumont.
Tactics
Urban Logic protects its ability to extract money from the City of Beaumont at all costs, resorting to intimidation and threats when necessary.
