1,454 More Ratepayers Connected to BCVWD Since ‘New Council’

We knew the ‘700 planned for 2018’ was a lie because Heartland/Olivewood alone has at least 1,000 houses planned.

1,454 more Ratepayers have connected to the Beaumont-Cherry Valley Water District in the last three years.

At the City of Beaumont Sewer Fee Increase Workshop Public Works Director Amer Jakher stated that 350 houses per year had been constructed in the last couple years and 700 houses were planned for 2018.

We always knew the ‘700 planned for 2018’ was a lie because Heartland/Olivewood alone has at least 1,000 houses planned. Now we know that Jakher lied about the number of houses built since the Raids.

It has been unknown how many houses the Beaumont Planning Commission and City Council ‘Approved’ because the number of houses is no longer included in the plans.
