Webb and Ass Update for Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion & Salt Mitigation Project
At the October 17, 2017, Beaumont City Council Meeting Webb and Associates tag teamed with NBS to present an exceptionally worthless Slideshow presentation on the progress of Beaumont’s Wastewater Facility Upgrade, Expansion, & Connection to SARI Brine Line and the Money that’s going to pay for the now $107 Million Project.

Webb’s part of the slideshow included the same rudimentary sketches and pictures of other people’s Infrastructure that all of Beaumont’s corrupt ‘Consultants’ use.
The cost is now up from $95 Million to $107 Million, but that doesn’t include the cost of tearing up other cities’ infrastructure to install the Brine Line.
