Beaumont Citizens are Paying the Chambers Group to Claim Egger’s Forged Forged Hidden Canyon EIR is Valid.
The City of Beaumont has hired a Consulting Firm, the Chamber Group, to claim that the forged EIRs submitted to the State by former Planning Director and self-proclaimed ‘CEQA Official’ are valid.
The Chambers Group Senior Project Manager/Managing Environmental Planner Corinne Lytle Bonine has written a statement providing the City will responses to the multiple request for an Environmental Impact Report on the Area 4 Hidden Canyon Warehouse Project.
In the Report Bonine claims the Warehouse Project is “essentially the same” as the project that was approved in 2012. However; Bonine does not take into consideration that the 2012 EIR was forged by corrupt Staff and Approved by corrupt Councilmen.
Both Bonine and the Hidden Canyon Developer claim that “it’s just a Plot Plan”, so no discretionary action is needed.
Bonine further claims that “The 8,400 number indicated in the city staff report was in error and has since been corrected. Even if it weren’t in error, the 2012 Project EIR, the original project has an estimated 11,800 Average Daily Trips, which was NOT found to be a significant impact..”
Sure; 11,800 semi trucks would be no impact at all.
Bonine further claims that “There is no indication that any changed circumstance has occurred between 2012 and today that reveals any new significant cumulative impacts.”
Really?
In the last four years the ‘changed circumstances’ include the discovery that the ‘state of the art recycled water facility’ is nothing more than an 85 year old sewer plant.
We’ve also found out that the Sewer is at Capacity and the City has no NPDES Permit for Industrial Use.
We’ve learned that the City failed to build three Fire Stations.
We’ve learned that not only is there no “$11 Million in Reserves”, the City has forged their Financial Statements for 20 years to hide insolvency.
We’ve learned that stealing Mitigation Fees is illegal and stealing Sales Tax from other Cities is illegal too.
Corinne Lytle Bonine also states: don’t hestiate to contact me if you have any questions or would like to discuss further.
I suggest that Beaumont Citizens call Ms. Bonine at (909) 335-7068 and let her know that illegally contracting with the City to aid and abet government corrption is not appreciated.
