LIST OF PREPAID MELLO ROOS PROPERTY OWNERS
The List of Property Owners that pre-paid their Mello Roos Taxes has been removed from the City’s website. The Millions paid is also missing.
LIST OF LAWSUITS AND PENDING LITIGATION AGAINST CITY OF BEAUMONT
Pinkney removed the Lawsuits from the Agenda and refuses to disclose the information to the Public. Not one Councilman has ever requested the information or to have the Lawsuits printed on the Agendas.

The City of Beaumont pays $10 Million/year in Interest payments. State and Federal Laws require a list of bond owners to be kept by the City and Union Bank.

The Bank of New York has released their documents from 1993 to 2002, but Union Bank, who became the Bond Trustee in 2002, can not produce records from 2002 to Present.
URBAN LOGIC INVOICES AND PRODUCT RECEIVED FROM THE INVOICES CODED TO 3100 DEPT/PUBLIC WORKS DEVELOPMENT IN AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER
What did the taxpayers pay for and why was it hidden in the 3100 Account.
COPIES OF CHECKS ISSUED FROM BANK OF HEMET WORKERS’ COMP THAT WERE PAID WITH THE $126,000 DEPOSIT AND $329,380.12 DEPOSIT.
The City paid out $1/2 Million without Council Approval.
DOCUMENTATION/COMMUNICATION FROM UNION BANK STATING THAT STEPHEN BOUGHTON DESTROYED ALL MELLO ROOS DOCUMENTS WHEN HE LEFT UNION BANK.
Acting City Manager Urtiaga stated in front of Judy Bingham, her Attorney, and City Clerk Julio Martinez that she had the statements in writing from Union Bank, then recanted. Urtiaga can either produce the document or a statement that she lied.
