From July, 2014 thru June, 2015 Urban Logic received $1,795,775.37 from the City of Beaumont on the Check Warrants and $428,757.88 from the 2013 Series A Construction Bond Fund Accounts.
The memo on the bond fund account money transfers was ‘Potrero’.
#1: Funds should be disbursed to the City and paid out on the Check Warrants. Union Bank has no legal right to disburse money for construction directly to a contractor.
#2: The 2013 Series A Bond Funds belong to the Property Owners of Fairway Canyon Area 19C. Mello Roos Bond Funds can NOT be used for city-wide projects and certainly shouldn’t be wasted on the bridge to warehouses when the property owners of Fairway Canyon have an immediate need for a Fire Station.
#3: $2,224,533.25 is a ridiculous amount of money to pay a company that’s robbed the City blind for 22 years.
$1,149,556.20 was paid to Urban Logic by the sitting Council.
The future can not change when repeating the past.
