Page 19 on the City of Beaumont General Plan that was updated in 2007 includes an Operating Wastewater Treatment Plant. Lying about major infrastructure on a General Plan is unheard of and absolutely unacceptable.
Anyone want to take a guess who wrote the General Plan?
Community Development Goal 8. The City of Beaumnt will continue to provide for the development of wastewater treatment infrastructure to accommodate future demand.
The City of Beaumont Wastewater Treatment Plant was recently expanded to accommodate up to 4.0 million gallons per day of effluent. The City estimates that up to ,240 acre-feet of recycled wastewater are made available to the community through this plants pertain on an annual basis.
