Webb & Associates Engineer Brian Knoll claims his Pay is “None Of Your Business”. California State Laws beg to differ.

At the Beaumont Sewer Fee Increase Workshop held on February 15, 2018, Webb and Associates Engineer Brian Knoll was asked how much of the $545,542.39 paid to Webb on January 24, 2018 went into Knoll’s pocket.

Knoll’s reply to the Citizens’ question was: “None of your business.”

California State Law begs to differ.

III. FURNISHING OF ELECTRONIC CERTIFIED PAYROLL RECORDS TO LABOR COMMISSIONER:

All Contractors and Subcontractors must furnish Electronic Certified Payroll Records directly to the Labor Commissioner (Division of Labor Standards Enforcement)

Because Forging Pubic Works Contracts and Embezzling out of sewers is such an epidemic in the State of California Webb and Associates not only has to submit their Payroll to the City – they also are required by State Law to submit their Payroll to the State.

The City of Beaumont has paid a total of $3,236,239.08 to Albert A. Webb and Associates. Invoices and Payroll are supposed to be verified BEFORE the Contractor is paid.

ALL Invoices submitted for payment from Albert A. Webb and Associates from August 18, 2015 to Present.

All Payroll from Albert A Webb and Associates – that should have been included with the Invoices.

Name and Job Title of Beaumont Staff that Approved Albert A Webb and Associates Invoices.
