Watermaster Board – Kyle Warsinski Still Substituting for Dave Dillon’s Seat

There’s no reason for the City of Beaumont to have a seat on Watermaster’s Board since the City is not a purveyor of water, but they do.

Agencies with seats on the Watermaster Board must go through legal proceedings to change the Agency’s Designee.

Beaumont’s Designee is Dave Dillon; Principal of Urban Logic and Beaumont’s former ‘Economic Development’ Director. About five years ago Dillon had to ‘become invisible’, so Kyle Warsinski was substituted for Dillion.

Last year Beaumont’s corrupt Staff attempted to install Warsinski as the permanent Beaumont Representative on Watermaster, but it was rejected by Council in the hopes that if the City ever hired an Engineer/Public Works Director; the Public Works Director would be more qualified to take the seat.

The City hired a Public Works Director, Jakher , who did attend the Watermaster Meeting, but did not take Dillon’s seat. Warsinski remained on the Board.

Judy Bingham told Jakher that he must be installed as the Beaumont Representative Jakher replied that he was ‘working on it’.

What’s ‘working on it’ supposed to mean?

Jakher has just as much legal right to substitute for Dillon as Warsinski, who is now hiding in the Planning Department.

It’s up to the City to file the legal proceedings to make Jakher Beaumont’s Representative, not Jakher, so what’s Jakher ‘working on’?

Did Jakher request to take the Seat on Watermaster and the City refused to allow it?

Or did Jakher simply lie to Bingham not knowing that Bingham is acutely aware of Watermaster’s proceedings?
