Warsinski is the Building & Grounds Maintenance Supervisor on Transparent California

Kyle Warsinski is listed on 2016 SCO Payroll as Building & Ground Maintenance Supervisor. Robert Sherwood is now Administrative Director.

California State Law requires government agencies to file their Payroll with the State Controllers’ Office as all payroll is a matter of Public Record.

The City of Beaumont 2016 Payroll can be found on Transparent California: http://transparentcalifornia.com/salaries/2016/beaumont/

The 2016 Payroll shines a light on Beaumont’s lack of staff.

Highest paid Beaumont employee was Chief of Police Sean Thuilliez making $229,000 with benefits followed by 11 more Police before there’s a staff member from a different department; and that is Public Works Director Amer Jakher at $142,000 with benefits.

Then comes Rebecca Deming listed as Community Services Director at $136,000 with benefits. After a couple more police is Robert Sherwood at $132,000 with benefits who now holds the title of ‘Administrative Director’.

Kyle Warsinski is now listed as the ‘Building and Grounds Maintenance Supervisor’ collecting $106,000 with benefits. Warsinski is listed as ‘Associate Planning Director’ on the 2015 Payroll, and ‘Community Development Analyst’ on the 2014 Payroll.

And then there was a time in 2014 that Warsinski held the title of ‘Public Works Director’. To quote then Mayor Brenda Knight: “You remember Kyle, we gave you an ‘that a boy’.”

Elizabeth Gibbs-Urtiaga is listed as Transit Director at $130,000 with benefits even though she was the City Manager until Warne was hired in April, 2016. Richard Warne carried off $99,000 with benefits for his six months as City Manager.

And then the City submitted a City Manager payroll of $90,672 for ‘Not Provided’. I have no idea why the City did not list former City Manager Alan Kapanicas’ name on the money they paid out to Kapanicas.

Kari Mendoza is now Community Development Director making $127,000 with benefits in 2016.

Keith Hightower’s job title has changed from ‘Building Services Manager’ to ‘Building Official’ making $113,000 with benefits.
