Western Riverside Council and City of Beaumont are Still in Negotiations. $8,400/Day Interest, $200,000/month Legal Fees.
A Member of the Western Riverside Council of Governments has confirmed that the TUMF Appeal has now been Stayed until ‘early January’ and are still in negations with the City of Beaumont.
What this means for the Citizens of Beaumont is that the City has once again kicked the responsibility can down the road at a cost of another $1/2 Million or so.
