Deepak Moorjani is the City Engineer and a Principal in Urban Logic Consultants. Now the City wants to gift Moorjani a consulting contract.
Moorjani is the only engineer that’s seen the inside of Beaumont’s sewer plant in 20 years. Moorjani is the reason the City has no Title 22 Compliant recycled water.
And the City wants to reward Moorjani’s incompetence with another salary?
