LAFCO Continues Hidden Canyon Warehouse to December 10th

LAFCO Staff Recommends a One Month Continuance to Allow City to Submit a Financial Plan and CIP Plan

Once again the Riverside Local Agency Formation Commission is recommending that the Board continue the Annexation of land for the Hidden Canyon Warehouse Development to the December 10th Meeting.

The Sunny Cal Development Annexation is not on the Agenda.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

Since the last hearing there has been no new information to report. Staff recommend a one month continuance to December 10, 2015, for the purpose of allowing the City to complete its Financial Plan and develop a comprehensive Capital Improvement Project (CIP) Plan.

SPECIFIC RECOMMENDATIONS:

Based upon the factors outlined above, IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Commission take the following action:

 

    1. Continue LAFCO 2014-20-05 REORGANIZATION TO INCLUDE ANNEXATION07-ANX-01A TO THE CITY OF BEAUMONT (ASM BEAUMONT BUSINESS CENTER), CONCURRENT ANNEXATION TO THE BEAUMONT-CHERRY VALLEY WATER DISTRICT, AND CONCURRENT DETACHMENTS FROM THE COUNTY SERVICE AREA 152 AND THE RIVERSIDE COUNTY WASTE RESOURCES MANAGEMENT DISTRICT to December 10, 2015.
