On October 12, 2016, Jeff Davis, the General Manager of the San Gorgonio Pass Agency gave a Presentation about acquiring additional water to the Beaumont-Cherry Valley Water District, but had no additional water secured.
Did lack of additional secured water stop the BCVWD Board of Directors from Approving additional ‘Will-Serve’ Letters?
Nooooooo. That would be too responsible for a bunch of grown men.
The grown men of the BCVWD sat with stars in their eyes clinging and believing every fantasy story that Jeff Davis told them. And based on those fantasies of flowing rivers of potable water from the Northern part of the State – who feel totally responsible for a bunch of fools building houses without a water supply.
Jeff Davis was scheduled to ride back on his golden stallion waving the Contracts for additional secured potable water to January 11, 2017, Water District Board Meeting, but he never showed up.
What Happened?
Could it be that Jeff Davis was so successful in securing additional water that they’re still counting all the square footage..??
A Public Records’ Request Response dated January 17, 2017 revealed that there is no additional secured water. There is no communication showing progress or promises in securing additional water.

Jeff Davis made promises that he knew at the time he could not keep. The Board Approved Will-Serve Letters knowing there was no water supply.
